Communicate with buyers via testxchange

Once you have received a request, you have the opportunity to communicate with the customer directly from the dashboard. Just open the detail view of the request to send and receive messages. The buyer does not have to be online to read your messages. He will be notified by email that you have written to him/her. You can view your entire communication history at any time.
