Manage your requests

Edit request details

In the detail view, you can edit your request at any time. The labs that already received this request will be notified of that change via email.

Pause request

In your request overview, you will find an option to "Pause the request" in the "..." menu. All requested labs will be notified. You can still communicate with the labs via testxchange. For resuming the project click 'Resume'. The labs will be notified about this, too.

List of suitable laboratories

Labs that are interested in your request appear in the detail view of the request.

View offer and choose a laboratory

In the detail view of the request, you can view received offers and choose your selected laboratory. All other requested labs will be informed that the request is no longer available.

Reject a laboratory

In the detail view of the request, you can reject a laboratory for the testing request. The lab will be informed automatically.

Complete request

Once the project is completed, this will be confirmed by the lab via testxchange. If this does not happen, contact either the lab or testxchange support for this.

Cancel request

In the detail view, you can cancel your request and notify all requested laboratories automatically.
