Paused requests

Buyers can pause requests and continue at a later time. As soon as the buyer has paused a request, labs that have been in contact with the buyer about this request will be notified by email. You can recognize paused requests by their status 'ON HOLD'. During the "on hold" period, both sides can still communicate with each other via testxchange. If the buyer decides to continue the request, labs be informed by email.
